Just Moya Trading & Contracting in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee shipments from factories and suppliers. You will inspect, verify, and monitor shipments before dispatch, ensure accurate packing lists and invoices, and coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Willingness to travel to factories and supplier locations.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Turkish driving license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Visit factories and suppliers to inspect, verify, and monitor shipments before dispatch.
• Check shipment quantities, packing conditions, product details, and readiness for delivery.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all logistics-related documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, delivery notes, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork.
• Follow up on shipment schedules, loading arrangements, transportation, and delivery status.
• Ensure all shipment documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Report shipment discrepancies, delays, or other logistics issues promptly.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Valid Turkish driving license is an advantage.
