Job summary

RateHawk in Istanbul is seeking a B2A Intern to join its Commercial Team. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates residing in Istanbul, with fixed hours 09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday.

You will assist in re-engaging and onboarding travel agency partners, monitor platform activity and analyze metrics to drive growth, and support partner requests. You’ll conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team;
• Basic analytical abilities and an interest in making data-driven decisions;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies;
• Interest in B2B business models, online platforms, and digital transformation;
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
