Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Senior Tenders & Contracts Specialist to own and drive end-to-end tender processes within a multinational environment. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product Management, and other functions to ensure compliant bids and strong commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include pricing analysis, discount management, ERP-based pricing administration, and continuous improvement of tender strategies. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pricing, tender management, bids, contracts, or commercial operations.
• Experience in tender pricing, price analysis, discount management, pricing strategy, or commercial negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to translate pricing data into commercial recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP, pricing, or contract/tender management systems.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender process from opportunity identification through submission, award, and lessons learned.
• Drive tender pricing activities and prepare commercial recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end pricing administration (price uploads, price list maintenance, customer-specific pricing, expiry dates, and system updates).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and approvals; provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze tender outcomes, pricing trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
