Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Business Administration Sales Professional to manage commercial and financial topics across the bid process, negotiating terms with customers and coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Logistics, Tax, and other departments. The role covers Local, Export, IoT, and CoC verticals and requires strong analytical and reporting skills.

Minimum 5 years in similar roles with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics/Finance; English and Turkish proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in commercial roles in a project-driven environment.
Degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
Strong ability to analyze information and provide clear reports and feedback.

Responsibilities

Manage all tasks in commercial sales and bid management to drive profitable business.
Oversee sales and bid activities for Local/Export IoT and CoC verticals.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers and coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments.
Analyze contracts and financial conditions, prepare bid documents and coordinate with stakeholders.
Ensure commercial accuracy of bids and perform creditworthiness checks on key customers.
Prepare and present bids to management at various levels in line with guidelines.
Coordinate bid activities from financial, accounting, contractual, and commercial perspectives.
