Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Trade Compliance professional to lead end-to-end import/export operations and ÜTS registrations. You will oversee customs financials, freight movements across modes, and document compliance while driving efficiencies.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in international logistics, and strong English proficiency for cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on international logistics and import/export operations experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English for cross-border communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export workflows, ensuring full compliance with trade laws and policies.
• Oversee customs clearance financial workflows, including duties, taxes, payments, and invoicing.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight operations (road, ocean, air, and multimodal).
• Lead product registrations and lifecycle tracking within the ÜTS platform per medical device regulations.
• Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, carrier networks, and 3PL providers.
• Prepare and audit shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading).
• Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous process improvements.
