Job summary

Stryker is a world-leading medical technology company. In this role, you will lead end-to-end import and export operations, managing customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and financial workflows, coordinating freight movements across all modes, and optimizing logistics costs.

You will oversee registrations, notifications, and compliance within the Ministry of Health ÜTS, build relationships with freight forwarders and carriers, prepare shipment documents, and monitor KPIs to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of international logistics and import/export experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ÜTS or medical device regulatory compliance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export workflows with compliance.
• Oversee customs clearance financial workflows including duties, taxes, payments, and invoicing.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight across road, ocean, air, and multimodal.
• Direct registrations and lifecycle tracking in ÜTS platform.
• Develop relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and 3PLs.
• Prepare and audit shipping documents.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
