Job summary

DP World in Istanbul, Türkiye is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to lead the financial management of Contract Logistics operations in Türkiye. You will partner with local and regional teams, drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, and ensure profitability and strong internal controls.

You will analyze contract profitability, support pricing decisions, and act as a strategic finance partner to Site Leadership while driving cost reduction and CAPEX oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; CMA/masters preferred.
• 6–10 years in Finance, preferably in business controlling or finance management roles.
• Experience in multinational company and exposure to operational finance and business partnering.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost control and P&L management knowledge.
• Experience in contract profitability analysis, pricing and margin management an advantage.
• Good IFRS and local financial legislation understanding.
• Experience with CAPEX management and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Navision, BPC or Qlik is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and control cycle: long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting.
• Own P&L for Contract Logistics Türkiye with cost control and profitability accountability.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results; explain drivers to local/regional/global management.
• Provide financial insights to Site Leadership and teams to support decisions.
• Analyze contract profitability and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Support commercial/pricing decisions and contract renewals for profitability.
• Challenge assumptions; identify risks and address issues promptly.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Review and monitor CAPEX related to operations.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and IFRS; support audits and controls.
