Job summary

Mindray is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with top hospitals across Turkiye. You will oversee a strategic sales team, drive demand with C-level stakeholders, and coordinate with distributors on high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in medical device sales, strong Turkish/English language skills, and a solid track record with private chain and university hospitals. Base location is Istanbul with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, medical-related major preferred.
• 10+ years of sales/marketing experience in PMLS/UIS/IVD products or related medical devices.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Experience with private chain hospital groups and university hospitals.
• Based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance relationship with high-end hospitals on assigned territory – Turkiye.
• Lead the strategic key account sales team, cooperate with internal team.
• Focus on private chain hospital groups and university hospital, establish and improve the relationship with the C-level customers.
• Meet with strategic key account decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.
• Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
• Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements for maximizing business opportunities.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, international program, HQ visits and other promotion activities.
• Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.
