Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Türkiye is seeking a Key Account Executive for the On-Premise channel to join the Sales team. You will plan and implement promotions and tailor-made programs for customers across Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Istanbul, and other locations.

You will work to meet customer needs, manage budgets, and drive activity with market visits, ensuring execution standards and alignment with regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
• Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
• Minimum 3 years experience at Sales & FMCG sector
• Willing to work and locate in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, İstanbul

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement promotions, activities and tailor-made programs for customers
• Control and follow up execution standards through market visits and understand customer needs
• Plan annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives
• Apply new implementations in line with trends and shopper behavior
• Enhance and differentiate customer product portfolios through trials of proper products
• Coordinate with related functions to meet customer and consumer needs for new product/packaging launches
• Plan recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach KPIs
• Provide coordination between customer plans and regions
• Contribute to process improvement projects
