Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Türkiye seeks a Key Account Executive to join the Key Accounts, On-Premise team. You will plan and implement promotions, manage customer relationships, and drive sales in the Horeca channel.

You will analyze customer needs, plan budgets, coordinate with regions, and push innovations in product launches while focusing on achieving channel KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking & writing) is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales & FMCG sector.
• Experience in Horeca (On-Premise) channel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement promotions, activities and tailor-made programs for customers.
• Control and follow up execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs & priorities and taking actions accordingly.
• Plan annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company.
• Apply new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior.
• Enhance and differentiate customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products.
• Coordinate with related functions to meet needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches.
• Plan recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs.
• Provide coordination between customer plans and regions.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.
