Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Ankara is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive for our Organized Trade team. You will plan and implement promotions, tailor programs, and work closely with customers to meet sales and profit objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fluent Turkish and English, and a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business/Economics is a plus. Join a diverse, inclusive workplace with strong leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales & FMCG sector.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor made programs specific to customers.
• Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits and understanding customer needs.
• Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company.
• Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behaviour.
• Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products.
• Coordinating with related functions to meet customer and consumer needs for new products and packaging launches.
• Planning recommendations based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs.
• Providing coordination between customer plans and regions.
