Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional IT sales experience.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or business; master preferred.
• Strong written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Ability to initiate and lead projects; independent and team player.
• Excellent multi-tasking and target-focused performance.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets and metrics aligned with business strategies.
• Communicate with senior client stakeholders to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
• Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
• Report sales results regularly and suggest improvements.
• Identify and approach potential clients.
• Ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with product launches and assist clients and the sales team.
• Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure alignment and deadlines.
