KoçMedical | Bıçakcılar, a prominent health-technology group, is seeking an International Sales Leader to drive growth across global markets from Turkey. The role focuses on expanding brand presence, managing regional sales, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical devices sales, strong English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to build strategic partnerships and win new business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar medical devices sales role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Experience with private-label business models and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand brand presence in global markets.
• Manage sales activities for product portfolio in the assigned region.
• Prepare quotations, samples and promotional materials with timely follow-up.
• Monitor tender opportunities and prepare tender submissions.
• Build relationships with customers and acquire new business.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for complaints resolutions.
• Track orders, production and shipments; keep customers informed.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and after-sales services.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
