Çimentaş is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on business partnering and HR analytics to support assigned functions and coordinate workforce insights across the organization.

You will lead recruitment for your functions, conduct salary benchmarking, budgeting, and workforce planning, and develop management dashboards to guide decisions, with emphasis on data-driven people initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in HR business partnering, HR generalist, HR analytics, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business functions.
• Build relationships with managers and employees.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR actions.
• Guide managers on performance, talent, development and engagement.
• Lead recruitment for assigned functions and manage candidate experience.
• Coordinate talent review, leadership development and career initiatives.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, grading and job evaluation.
• Support annual salary review and incentive processes.
• Coordinate HR budgeting, headcount planning and cost forecasting.
• Develop management dashboards and decision-support materials.
• Provide organizational analyses and recommendations on structure and workforce effectiveness.
