Job summary

Eczacıbaşı İlaç Pazarlama is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives in our pharma operations. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, performance, and talent processes while partnering with leaders to align with business goals.

You’ll influence organizational design, workforce planning and employee experience across functions, with a focus on compliance and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Preferably experienced as HR Business Partner in pharma/healthcare/FMCG.
• Hands-on in recruitment, performance, talent management and employee experience.
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and results-oriented.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple processes.
• Interest in AI and digital tools in business processes; hands-on preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner for assigned functions, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Monitor performance, talent and career management with relevant teams.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Support organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Handle HR-related requests from employees and managers.
• Analyze HR data and generate insights for decision-making.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to improve HR processes.
