Job summary

Çimentaş is seeking an experienced Talent Development & Employer Branding Leader to shape and deliver our talent development, learning, employer branding and internal communication agenda in line with Cementir Group HR frameworks.

You will identify capability needs, design leadership development and mentoring programs, develop career paths, coordinate local development plans, and drive employer branding and employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 7+ years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Employer Branding.
• Experience in project leadership, team coordination or people management.
• Experience designing and delivering development programs and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability needs and translate them into structured development priorities.
• Design and implement leadership development, mentoring, coaching, and career development programs.
• Develop career paths, competency frameworks, and development tools for technical and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate local group development programs and manage annual learning and development plan and budget.
• Design and implement talent acquisition initiatives, including graduate and internship programs.
• Develop and execute the employer branding roadmap and strengthen presence on social/digital platforms.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and ambassadorship.
• Develop the internal communication roadmap and manage digital channels and events.
• Contribute to HR process improvement and digitalization projects using data analytics and modern HR technologies.
• Act as HR Business Partner for a function.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development & Employer Branding Leader who will shape and deliver our talent development, learning, employer branding and internal communication agenda in alignment with our business strategy and Cementir Group HR frameworks.

What will you do?

In this role, you will:

• Identify organizational, functional and individual capability needs and translate them into structured development priorities.
• Design and implement leadership development, mentoring, coaching, career development and capability-building programs.
• Develop career paths, competency frameworks and development tools for critical technical and leadership pipelines.
• Coordinate Group development programs locally and manage the annual learning and development plan and budget.
• Design and implement talent acquisition initiatives, including graduate and internship programs.
• Develop and execute the employer branding roadmap in line with our company culture and business priorities.
• Strengthen our employer brand presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Develop initiatives that enhance employee experience and encourage employee ambassadorship.
• Develop the internal communication roadmap and manage communication through digital platforms, events, webinars and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR process improvement and digitalization projects using data analytics, artificial intelligence and modern HR technologies.
• Act as HR Business Partner for one of the functions in the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline
• Preferably at least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employer Branding or related HR areas
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in project leadership, team coordination or people management
• Experience in designing and delivering development programs and employer branding initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Learning Management Systems
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
