You will collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and oversee workforce planning, succession and talent development across a manufacturing-oriented organization. The role demands advanced English, strong negotiation and change-management skills, and a proven track record in compensation, benefits and HR analytics within unionized

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP exposure.
Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Org Development, and HRBP partnering.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial/FMCG environments.
Experience with unions, labor relations and Turkish Labor Law.
Strong senior leadership partnering and influencing skills.
Knowledge of organizational design, change management and talent management.
Understanding of compensation structures and job evaluation methods.
Strong HR analytics to support business decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrix organization.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies.
Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change programs.
Oversee performance management, leadership development and employee engagement.
Lead compensation & benefits initiatives including benchmarking and reviews.
Develop HR policies compliant with local labor laws.
Guide leadership on employee relations and complex people matters.
Coordinate with Centers of Excellence for recruitment and learning.
Drive organizational development projects and culture transformation.
Lead workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
Ensure compliance with labor law and union relations as needed.
Support collective bargaining negotiations when required.
Drive continuous HR process improvements and transformation.
