Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager for Central Eurasia based in Istanbul, Turkey. You will define and execute growth strategies across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, leading distributor performance and developing new cooperation models to drive long-term growth.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, GM Türkiye & Central Eurasia, you will build country plans, drive iTero growth, and strengthen customer value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
10+ years in B2B commercial roles; healthcare/medical devices preferred.
Fluency in Russian and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Experience managing distributors and strategic accounts across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies across Central Eurasia in line with Türkiye & Central Eurasia Cluster and EMEA strategy.
Build country plans, market development roadmaps, and joint business planning.
Own distributor strategy, partner selection, performance management and capability development.
Lead strategic account development from opportunity to deal closure and growth.
Drive growth programs across Practice Development, Key Account Management and Services.
