Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager, Central Eurasia, based in Istanbul, to drive growth across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and neighboring markets.

You will translate regional priorities into country plans, lead distributor programs, and build sustainable commercial models that deliver long-term value. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, travel regionally up to 70%, and report to the Sr.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of B2B commercial or sales experience; healthcare/medical devices preferred.
• Fluency in Russian and English; other regional languages advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and drive the Central Eurasia commercial growth strategy across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and surrounding markets.
• Build country-level business plans and market development roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Own distributor strategy, partner selection, performance management and joint planning.
• Lead growth programs in Practice Development, Key Account Management and Services.
• Drive iTero growth and digital workflow adoption across the region.
