Job summary

Born2Chase is seeking a Regional Growth Lead for Turkey & Central Asia to drive BD and revenue growth in high-potential markets. You will develop and execute a robust growth strategy, identify and close operator partnerships, and build lasting relationships with regional stakeholders.

The role demands deep iGaming know-how, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

4+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management in iGaming.
Strong understanding of the Turkish online gambling market.
Track record of closing B2B deals and growing revenue in the region.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the growth strategy for Turkey and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and surrounding markets).
Source and close new operator partnerships through outbound prospecting and industry networking.
Build and maintain relationships with operators, platform providers, and regional stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial agreements aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
Collaborate with affiliate, marketing, and delivery teams to support market-specific initiatives.
Provide market intelligence on regulatory changes, competitor moves, and emerging trends.
Own regional revenue targets and maintain an accurate pipeline forecast.
Represent the company at relevant industry events in Turkey and Central Asia.
