Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Istanbul, Turkey seeks a Business Development Manager for Central Eurasia to define and execute growth strategies across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and other markets. You will manage distributor performance, develop country plans, and drive collaboration with EMEA teams to expand digital orthodontic solutions.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, GM Türkiye & Central Eurasia, this role requires strong leadership, market insight, and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Central Eurasia commercial growth strategy and identify priority markets.
• Build country-level business plans and market development roadmaps with measurable actions.
• Own distributor strategy across Central Eurasia including partner selection and performance management.
• Lead strategic account development from identification to deal closure and growth.
• Develop growth programs across Practice Development, Key Account Management and Services.
