Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. in Istanbul seeks a Chief of Sales Group - Telematics to lead the Turkish sales operation, grow the customer base, and strengthen partnerships across the region.

You will build and coach a local sales team, adapt HQ strategies to local market needs, forecast accurately, and push revenue growth while expanding market penetration. This role requires travel within Turkey and occasional international meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a technology-driven or B2B environment.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Native Turkish and business-level English proficiency.
• Excellent time management skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to tackle challenges and a results-driven track record.
• Experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring teams is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and occasionally abroad.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop Teltonika's sales operations in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Build, lead, and coach a local sales team.
• Hands-on leader with direct engagement in key customer and partner meetings.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.
• Execute HQ strategies adapted for the region based on local market conditions.
• Contribute to market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with headquarters and regional stakeholders.
• Develop new business opportunities and long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and take actions to improve results and team effectiveness.
