Transmed Türkiye is seeking a Business Manager to own the Mondelez portfolio in Turkey. You will lead end-to-end brand strategy, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and drive growth through data-driven plans and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a strong strategic mindset, executive communication, and a track record in FMCG distribution or brand management. This position is based in Istanbul with a focus on Mondelez partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong strategic mindset with excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the brand’s direction, positioning, and growth priorities in the Turkish market in line with global strategic objectives.
• Ensure seamless execution of Mondelez strategies in the field through close collaboration with sales, marketing, trade marketing, and field teams.
• Prepare periodic business plans for the Mondelez portfolio, evaluate category priorities, new product launches, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, regional, and global teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.
• Analyze market, competitor, and category data to identify business growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
• Partner with channel sales managers to contribute to commercial planning and monitor the alignment of execution with targets.
• Present regular performance reviews, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
