Job summary

BIC World in Turkey seeks a Commercial Manager to shape the regional sales and marketing plans and to own the operating plan and P&L. You will report to the General Manager Developing Countries and drive strategic alignment across policies and guidelines to deliver sustainable growth.

You will lead a ONE TEAM culture in Turkey, partner with Group Strategy, negotiate with customers, and ensure robust financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to maximize long-term value.

Qualifications

• Educational background in business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Manager role with strong track record in developing and managing senior managers.
• Background on FMCG Sales with a minimum of 10 years of experience in management roles.
• Experience in developing Route to Market.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Experience in working in a matrix structure.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic plan to make the Area a candidate for Invest to Grow for the Group.
• Shape sales and marketing plans for the Turkey perimeter.
• Build ONE TEAM from Team Members based in Turkey.
• Use analyses to identify new local opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial planning processes.
