Job summary

Pubinno, Inc. is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support CEO’s Team in strengthening strategic customer relationships. You’ll split time between office work and field visits to key accounts, ensuring top-tier partner experiences.

You’ll report to senior leadership and help with on-site rollouts, installation reviews, and field-facing analyses that drive alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a client-facing role (internships or full-time).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts with attention to detail.
• Interest in B2B relationships, SaaS or IoT tech, and executive strategy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing key global accounts with executive-level visibility.
• Visit key accounts regularly to build direct relationships and gather insights.
• Support on-site rollouts, product installations, and experience audits with strategic customers.
• Act as an extension of the CEO’s strategic vision in customer interactions.
• Prepare partner-facing materials, reports, notes, and action plans.
• Follow up on items and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback and market intel to inform decisions.
• Coordinate communication between sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Monitor account KPIs, partner satisfaction, and milestone reviews.
• Assist in partner onboarding and SLA adherence.
• Track potential revenue opportunities and upsell signals.
