Job summary

Pubinno, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Field Sales Manager to lead our hotel and chain-restaurant account initiatives. You will drive new opportunities, manage key partnerships, and align cross-functional teams to fulfill partner needs.

The role requires at least 2+ years in B2B sales with a focus on hotel accounts, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Join our growing team and help shape the future of our beverage tech platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or business consultancy, preferably in sales or account management.
• Experience in hotel chain sales & account management is a must.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales opportunities with lead generation methods, especially hotels and chain restaurants.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key partners.
• Address and resolve key partners’ complaints.
• Act as the main point of contact between key partners and internal teams.
• Supervise the Customer Success team assigned to partners.
• Collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and product departments to meet partners’ needs.
• Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the team and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of partners' needs and prepare customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with key partners and meet deadlines for long-term goals.
• Issue regular reporting on responsibilities and measure achievements against targets.
• Implement an Account sales plan in-line with Business Unit strategies and delivery against the plan.
