Job summary

TrendPay, the Trendyol payment arm, seeks a senior corporate account professional in Turkey. You will own onboarding for merchants and corporate clients, manage gift card order operations, and drive post-sales support with cross-functional teams.

Leverage your 6+ years in corporate client management to optimize invoicing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention while delivering scalable processes and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 6+ years in corporate customer management and sales, preferably loyalty programs with gift card rewards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, autonomous with targets.
• Proven ability to generate business and close deals.
• Strong network with key market customers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for merchants and corporate customers, including KYB docs, contracts, and approvals.
• Oversee corporate gift card order operations: validation, pricing, payment, code allocation, delivery and fulfillment.
• Handle post-sales requests from corporate customers, partners, and internal sales teams; track orders and resolve issues.
• Coordinate invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution with Finance.
• Implement controls to prevent duplicates, incorrect codes, unauthorized deliveries, and fraud.
• Monitor SLAs and identify bottlenecks across sales channels; ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and self-service initiatives for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Product and Tech for seamless execution.
