Job summary

Trendyol is seeking a Treasury Professional to manage daily cash operations, cash flow reporting, and merchant settlement across our payment platforms. You will coordinate with finance, technology, and banking partners to ensure accurate settlements and timely payments, while shaping funding strategies and pricing with banks.

Ideal candidates have a business/finance degree, English fluency, strong data analysis, SAP familiarity, and proven negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid reporting and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of Turkish POS ecosystem and funding costs.
• Experience with SAP and financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including bank transfers, reconciliations and related processes.
• Manage and optimize the bank commission structure through a cost-driven approach.
• Prepare and monitor daily cash flow reports, actively managing both inflow and outflow.
• Execute payments (suppliers, tax authorities, employees, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with technology teams for POS installations and bank integrations.
• Manage settlement processes for merchant payments.
• Maintain understanding of funding, settlement, and interchange cost structures for both credit and debit cards within the POS ecosystem.
• Negotiate funding costs with banks to optimize merchant pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Participate in financial closing activities.
• Deliver accurate reports using Google Sheets, SAP or similar data tools.
• Coordinate with tech teams to ensure data tracking and reporting automation.
• Participate in digital payment system deployment & payment excellence projects.
