BEAUTE Cosmetics in Istanbul is seeking a strategic Brand Manager to lead a premium brand portfolio in a fast-evolving market. The role combines business acumen, strategic thinking and creativity to drive sustainable growth across multiple premium brands.

You will own brand performance, develop 360° strategies across retail, digital, e-commerce and media, manage a multi-brand portfolio, and collaborate with global teams to align local execution with broader strategies.

Formación

• Proven experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
• Experience with premium, luxury, beauty, or FMCG brands preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Commercially minded with understanding of retail/e-commerce environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own brand and category performance, including P&L management.
• Develop and execute 360° brand strategies across retail, digital, e-commerce, and media channels.
• Manage a multi-brand portfolio with strong positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align local execution with brand strategies.
• Build and strengthen retailer and business partner relationships.
• Drive sell-out through launches, activations, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure strong execution.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
