Job summary

Smile Hair Clinic in Istanbul seeks a seasoned Brand Manager to lead brand identity, campaigns and communication across digital and print channels. You will coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality branding work and ensure consistency with the brand story.

The role requires a holistic marketer who can shape positioning, manage re-branding projects, and monitor KPIs while aligning with healthcare/beauty industry standards. Fluent English preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university departments, preferably Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design or Visual arts.
• At least 7 years of brand management and creative agency experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in branding, design direction and communication strategies.
• Active role in brand repositioning processes and experience to strategically design and manage these processes.
• Holistic thinking about new positioning built on existing brand story and identity.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a consistent and striking brand identity across all communication channels (digital, social media, printed materials, in-clinic experience).
• Coordinating with agencies (advertising, digital, creative production); creating briefs, managing campaigns and monitoring output quality.
• Developing creative campaigns, projects and communication content in line with brand strategies.
• Collaborating with the design team to improve visual and verbal communication; preparing moodboards, storyboards and brand guides.
• Taking an active role in projects that improve patient experience and brand perception (in-clinic design, social media concepts, experience design).
• Keeping the brand's positioning up-to-date by conducting market and competitor analyses.
• Monitoring and reporting brand KPIs (perception, awareness, interaction, conversion rates).
