Job summary

CHERY Türkiye is seeking a seasoned Spare Parts Operations Manager to oversee parts orders, warehouse activities, pricing, and dealer onboarding across the Turkish market. You will drive KPIs, coordinate with HQ, and lead new product launches to ensure optimal availability and service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and fluency in Turkish with excellent English. Expect regional travel within Türkiye and close collaboration with dealers and logistics providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years in automotive spare parts or aftersales operations.
• Experience in team supervision or vendor management.
• Fluent Turkish and strong English communication.
• Proficiency in KPI management and inventory planning.
• Customer- and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spare parts orders, tracking, and logistics.
• Manage spare parts warehouse operations and KPIs.
• Establish performance targets and report them.
• Oversee local pricing aligned with strategy.
• Lead launching of new spare parts and accessories.
• Support new dealer onboarding and initial orders.
• Define and monitor sales targets with dealer network.
• Analyze dealer network performance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare demand forecasts and procurement plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and mitigate overstock/stock-out risks.
• Supervise invoicing for spare parts.
• Resolve dealer claims related to parts.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain communication with Chery HQ and implement standards.
• Provide guidance to team members.
