XCMG Group is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to drive aftermarket business growth in the designated Turkish region. You will support customers with parts selection, provide technical guidance, and work with dealers to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

In this role, you will manage quotations, orders, and deliveries while maintaining strong relationships with end-users and partners. You will gather market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and collaborate with warehousing and logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in selling genuine parts and aftermarket services.
• Ability to visit end-users and dealers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Ability to provide technical recommendations based on equipment conditions.

Responsibilities

• Sell genuine parts and aftermarket services in the assigned region and meet sales targets.
