Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Turkey seeks a Senior Spare Parts Manager to lead strategy development, inventory optimization and supplier management across global projects. You will oversee CMMS data, BOM templates, and spares lifecycle, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong English (B2) and Turkish language skills are a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in spare parts management or services.
• Experience with CMIMS systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Project Spares Strategy for systems and packages.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and reduce obsolete stock.
• Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance management; mentor staff.
• Highlight deviations, participate in RCA, and support safety-related studies.
