Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company and global leader in product identification, seeks a Service Planning Coordinator to join the Istanbul team. You will plan and coordinate all appointments for Field Service Engineers, liaising with Helpdesk and Account Managers to maximize customer satisfaction.

A typical day includes scheduling about 11 engineers, tracking parts deliveries, updating dashboards, confirming visits, and ensuring clear communication with account managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industry experience or related customer service experience.
• Experience within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of around 11 Field Service Engineers by assigning interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations according to skills, location, urgency, and other criteria.
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks.
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers.
• Confirm visits to customers and update dashboards (e.g., availability of Field Service Engineers and response time).
• Ensure efficient communication with Account managers and Field Service Engineers.
