Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) in Istanbul. You will plan and coordinate appointments for Field Service Engineers, working with Helpdesk and Account Managers to optimize schedules and customer satisfaction.

The role requires multitasking, deadline discipline, and fluency in Turkish and English; Salesforce experience is a plus. Experience in marking and coding or industrial automation is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Meet deadlines and multitask to handle various activities.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.
• 1–3 years of industry or related customer service experience.
• Experience in marking and coding or industrial automation is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of around 11 Field Service Engineers by assigning interventions, maintenance and installations.
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks.
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers.
• Confirm visits to customers.
• Update dashboards (e.g. availability and response time).
• Ensure efficient communication with Account managers and Field Service Engineers.
