Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Customer Service Intern based in Ataşehir, Istanbul. The role supports the entire Customer Service team, driving revenue growth with both existing and prospective customers, on a 6-month contract with renewal based on business needs.

The position requires working from the office three days per week, in-person collaboration, and a focus on data quality in Salesforce and Navision, along with exposure to rental equipment records and sales

Qualifications

Senior year of university with expected Summer 2027 graduation.
Interest in pursuing a career in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Execute daily service item data qualification and validation activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and Navision.
Enter and update records related to rental equipment and trade-in sales returns for Videojet equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date service item data in SFDC and Navision to support identification and qualification of sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Provide weekly status updates and progress reports to the Customer Service Manager.
