Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) to plan and coordinate field service appointments in Istanbul. You will work with Helpdesk and Account Managers to optimize assignments for Field Service Engineers, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires multitasking, deadline discipline, and good communication. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus, and 1–3 years in customer service or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of around 20 Field Service Engineers by assigning interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations according to skills, location and urgency.
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks.
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers.
• Confirm visits to customers and update dashboards on availability and response time.
• Ensure efficient communication with Account managers and Field Service Engineers.

You as a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) at Videojet Technologies, play a key role in planning and coordinating all appointments for the Field Service Engineers. You work together with the Helpdesk and Account Managers to plan all assignments for Field Service Engineers as best as possible keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The role will be located in Istanbul.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Manage the schedule of around 20 Field Service Engineers by assigning them the interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations of our machines according to several criteria (skills, location, urgency, etc.)
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers
• Confirm visits to our customers
• Update dashboards (e.g. availability of Field Service Engineers and Response Time)
• Ensure efficient communication with Account manager and Field Service Engineers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM)
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus

Comfortable working in a customer-focused environment where urgent operational needs may occasionally require schedule flexibility.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred.
