Job summary

Commencis is seeking a Senior Sales & Account Manager to join our Client Delivery team. You will become the trusted partner to our clients, owning strategic accounts and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital projects.

With 7+ years in business development, account management, and project management, you will drive the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and expand opportunities across Turkey and international markets.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business development, account management, and project/program management.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing strategic accounts.
Experience working internationally with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand accounts.
Serve as primary contact for key clients at commercial and delivery levels.
Own projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget results.
Identify and close new opportunities, driving upsell and cross-sell.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Maintain pipeline, provide forecasting, and update revenue information.
Research market trends and client needs to identify opportunities in international markets.
Represent Commencis at industry events and client meetings in Turkey and abroad.
