Job summary

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Istanbul to bridge client needs with agency creative and operational teams. You will manage client relationships, own projects from brief to delivery, and coordinate across creative, strategy and production.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience in an account/ project management role in an advertising agency.
• Experience in client relations and end-to-end project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong team organization, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong client communication with cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Good command of English.
• Problem solving and crisis management oriented.
• Detail-oriented with time and budget planning.
• Ability to see big picture while focusing on details.
• Interest in advertising, communications, and creative processes; follows industry trends.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment; highly motivated and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and accurately capture brand needs for agency teams.
• Own communication projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, production and other teams to deliver on time and quality.
• Analyze client briefs and guide related teams to translate briefs into creative outputs.
• Track project timelines, budgets, workflows and priorities.
• Adapt to changing client needs and prioritize to organize team plans.
• Identify risks early and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
• Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate progress.
• Bridge between client expectations and agency creative/operational processes.
• Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Keep up with current communication trends and industry dynamics to add value.
