Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead client transitions and internal IT infrastructure initiatives from initiation through closure and handover to business and IT operations.

The role requires managing technology transition projects using established PM methodologies, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Strong English and Turkish communication skills are essential in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or similar recommended.
• Proven experience managing multiple client-focused IT or transformation projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, risk management, and budget tracking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client transitions and internal IT infrastructure projects, from initiation to handover.
• Plan, execute, and monitor technology transition projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain project plans, governance, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets while supporting client satisfaction.
