Job summary

Schneider Electric in Turkey seeks an experienced and results-oriented Service Projects & Order Management Manager to lead our Service Project Management and Order Management teams. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across the project execution lifecycle, ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project execution, service operations, project management, or related functions.
Minimum 3+ years of people management experience leading project, service delivery, or operations teams.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Service Project Management and Order Management teams.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.
Manage performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning activities.
Oversee the successful execution of service-related projects and orders from initiation through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered according to contractual requirements, quality standards, timelines, and financial objectives.
