Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical Distribution and Sales, with strong exposure to channel partner management.
• Proven success with end users, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the channel sales strategy for Eaton Electrical solutions in Turkey.
• Deliver ambitious revenue and profitability targets through electrical wholesalers and integrators.
• Build and evolve the channel ecosystem, identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Act as a senior interface to customers in project environments.
• Lead complex opportunities end-to-end with internal teams.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and performance for visibility to leadership.
• Assess market trends and growth opportunities to shape strategy.
