Job summary

KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is looking for a Project Administrator to join Delivery Operations in Turkey. You will support Project Managers with planning, documentation, and financial control across the project lifecycle, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering or business, is fluent in English, proficient with MS Office, and has SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or related fields.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in administrative tasks and project-related support.
• Ability to understand and manage contract terms, conditions, and financial aspects.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to managers, customers and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Supervisors with project planning and documentation.
• Organize project information to aid decision-making for Project Managers and Supervisors.
• Monitor project schedules and notify stakeholders when updates are needed.
• Support customer correspondence, obtain approvals and signatures, and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
• Monitor invoicing status vs. billing plans, verify collections, and report deviations.
• Maintain and update project revenue and cost forecasts monthly.
• Create Purchase Requisitions with required details.
• Ensure accurate labor planning and subcontracting before installation activities begin.
• Participate in Pre-Delivery Reviews and ensure correct cost planning for revenue recognition.
• Manage documentation for fitters and subcontractors in coordination with Installation Resource Manager.
• Coordinate project logistics needs with the logistics team.
• Ensure correct use of activities and cost elements in booking costs.
• Handle change orders/variation sales and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support claim handling processes and maintain customer correspondence.
• Monitor project milestones and maintain the project schedule in the system.
• Compile end-of-project documentation sets for customers and archiving.
• Coordinate with the project team to plan remaining project costs before closing.
