Job summary

Atlas Copco in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Service Sales Engineer to grow the service business by developing customer relationships and identifying new service sales opportunities within the assigned portfolio.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and promote service solutions including maintenance agreements, spare parts, and field services, while collaborating with Service, Operations, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, sales engineering, after-sales services, or similar functions.
Technical capability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Knowledge of sales reporting, customer portfolio management, and sales forecasting processes.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow service sales opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
Identify new customers and build strong business relationships to expand the service business.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close service sales opportunities.
Promote service solutions including maintenance agreements, spare parts, optimization, field service and repairs.
Conduct regular customer visits, understand customer needs, and offer value-added service solutions.
Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide regular activity reports.
