Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in offer, product or category management, services marketing, business development, technical consulting, or a B2B commercial role.
• Experience in energy management, electrification, industrial solutions, building or data-center infrastructure, or technical services is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with C-level customers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the category strategy aligned with global and local priorities.
• Own localization, pricing, documentation, roadmap, and phase-out of offers.
• Drive growth and profitability through pipeline, orders, and margin optimization.
