To support its continued growth in Türkiye, our client is looking for a Technical Sales Representative / Engineer who will introduce technical products and solutions to customers and drive sales in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities in line with the company’s policies and commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends, developments and competitor activity, and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and report customer needs and contribute to the preparation of new product and solution proposals.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct technical product trials at customer sites.
- Convert successful product trials into sustainable commercial business.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the customer acquisition process.
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to address customer requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Accompany product specialists during customer visits.
- Prepare regular sales, market and customer activity reports.
Your Profile
- University degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
- At least two years of professional experience in foundry processes.
- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred.
- Sufficient proficiency in English to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, within an international organization.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and persuasion skills.
- Class B driving licence and at least five years of active driving experience.
- Defensive driving certification is considered an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
- Preferably based in Bursa or İzmir.
