Job summary

Hype, a data-driven digital marketing agency in Istanbul, seeks a performance marketing specialist with hands-on ecommerce experience. You will oversee planning, optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, and manage budgets while collaborating with the leadership team.

Based in Istanbul, you will analyze trends, prepare executive summaries, and drive growth by delivering customer-focused solutions and strategic brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience in an e-commerce brand is required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in App marketing is required.
• Experience with budget management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Be a team player and lead operational processes for executive teammates.
• Prepare a performance marketing plan aligned with brand targets.
• Use knowledge to optimize campaigns on a weekly basis.
• Track the digital marketing budget and monitor spend.

What skills you should have for the job

• 2-3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience in an e-commerce brand (must)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Tiktok Ads campaigns is required
• Strong expertise in App marketing is required.
• Experience with Amazon Search Ads and/or Amazon DSP is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and influence executives in the brand
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is required, along with presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
• Experience in budget management and strategic planning based on brand needs is required
• Experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions based on customer needs
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Must be based in Istanbul
