Job summary

Talentify HR Solutions seeks a Performance Marketing Executive to lead digital growth in our ed-tech environment. You will design and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and more, driving acquisition, engagement, and measurable learning outcomes.

You'll own analytics, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, Sales, and Design teams. Stay ahead of trends, AI-enabled tools, and evolving platform features to propel growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta, TikTok campaigns across multiple objectives.
• Managed at least 1M+ USD budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Handle multiple campaign types: App, Web, Brand Awareness, etc.
• Analyze data using GA4, MMP platforms, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.

• Take ownership, propose ideas, run A/B tests, and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other key platforms.
• Handle multiple campaign types: App, Web, Brand Awareness, etc.
• Analyze data using GA4, MMP platforms, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Manage annual budgets and continuously optimize for ROI.
• Work closely with Growth, Product, Sales, and Design teams.
• Stay up to date with global trends, AI-powered tools, and performance marketing innovations.
• Take ownership, suggest new ideas, run A/B tests, and proactively drive growth.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct experience managing Google Ads, Meta, TikTok campaigns across multiple objectives (App, Web, Awareness).
• Previously experienced in managing at least 1M+ USD budget
• Strong analytical mindset; enjoys digging into data, dashboards, and attribution models.
• Deep understanding of GA4, MMP tools, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking technologies.
• Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and structured in daily execution.
• Proactive and self-driven: able to take ownership, bring new ideas, and execute independently.
• Keeps up with industry trends, AI-driven marketing solutions, and evolving platform features.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Sales, and Design teams.
• Strong written and reading skills in English to follow global resources and best practices.
