Job summary

Teknosa in Türkiye seeks a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, Yandex and programmatic platforms to boost sales and brand awareness. You will lead external agencies and translate analytics into actionable directives for optimization.

• At least four years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on SA360 experience is required; strong analytics ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid advertising performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Criteo, and other RTB platforms to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Direct day-to-day work of external performance marketing agencies and set priorities with accountability for results.
• Analyze campaigns and translate findings into clear optimization directives for agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report performance using GA4, Adjust, and other analytics tools; inform budget allocation decisions.
• Stay current on performance marketing trends and proactively adapt strategy.
