Job summary

AppNation is seeking an IT Specialist to keep the team connected, equipped, and productive as we grow. You’ll resolve issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux, support onboarding/offboarding, and improve internal IT processes to ensure a smooth, secure working environment.

You’ll manage device enrollment with MDM tools, administer workplace apps, and collaborate with teams to optimize access, security, and efficiency. This role offers hybrid work options and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, Linux devices.
• Experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Onboarding/offboarding and user access administration.
• Network and VPN troubleshooting knowledge.
• MDM deployment and device enrollment experience.
• Strong communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Set up and maintain all employee and office technology devices and meeting room equipment.
• Administer MDM tooling, device enrollment, configuration profiles, and security policies.
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning and equipment returns.
• Administer workplace apps and SaaS tools, managing user accounts and licenses.
• Troubleshoot office networks, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and video conferencing; coordinate with providers.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses; coordinate purchases and repairs.
• Apply IT security practices, including MFA, encryption, and access removal.
• Document common issues and solutions; improve IT workflows through standardization.
